Ratti Gali Lake:
It is an alpine glacial lake which is located in Neelum Valley, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. The lake is located at an altitude of 12,130 feet (3,700 m). The lake is fed by the surrounding glacier waters of the mountains.

Saral Lake:
It is located in Neelam Valley, in Pakistan‘s Azad Kashmir at an altitude of 13,600 feet (4,100 m). The lake is accessible from Sharda by a jeepable track which leads to Gumot National Park and then through hiking trek can be reached to the lake.

Dudipatsar Lake:
It is also known as Dudipat Lake, is a lake encircled by snow clad peaks in Lulusar-Dudipatsar National Park. The lake is located at an altitude of 12500 feet and is lies in the north end of the Kaghan Valley, in the Mansehra District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, in northern Pakistan.

 – 90% amount will be refunded if cancelled 7 days prior to tour.
 – 75% amount will be refunded if Cancelled 4-6 days Prior to tour.
 – 50% amount will be refunded if Cancelled 2-3 days Prior to tour.
 – No amount will be refunded if Cancelled in last 24 hours.

Can I get the refund?

Yes, we offer the refund if a person follows the provided cancellation timeline. Please see details in Payment Section under Cancellation Policy.

Can I change the travel date?

Change of date is not available for trekking, seasonal, and fixed departure tours. However, it can be availed after discussion with our team.
Change of date is available for customized tours and for some road group tours.

Can I get the porter during trekking?

Most of our tours include the porters for trekkers during trekking. However, one can confirm this for a specific tour before booking.

Do I need to pay in advance?

According to our Payment Policy, 50% payment is required for booking, and the remaining 50% needs to be paid before departure.
