Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds will be processed according to the following terms:
– More than 4 weeks prior to departure: 100% refund – 3 weeks prior to departure: 75% refund – 2 weeks prior to departure: 50% refund – 1 week prior to departure: 25% refund – Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
All refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a 7-10 days.
